Teaching Positions

We are currently looking to employ teachers with specialisation in 3D Animation and Game Development.
Our selection criteria are following:

3D Animation Teacher
- CURRENT South Australian Teacher Registration;
- CURRENT DECS 1st Aid Certificate;
- CURRENT "Responding to Child Abuse & Neglect" Certificate;
- CURRENT Catholic Police Clearance Certificate;
- Minimum 7 years Multimedia industry experience (an expert level with specialisation in 3D Modelling & Animation);
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience as a school and Minimum 7 years overall teaching experience;
- Passionate about Multimedia and Teaching 6-18y.o Children.

Game Development Teacher
- CURRENT South Australian Teacher Registration;
- CURRENT DECS 1st Aid Certificate;
- CURRENT "Responding to Child Abuse & Neglect" Certificate;
- CURRENT Catholic Police Clearance Certificate;
- Minimum 7 years Game Development experience (an expert level knowledge of multi-level platform game development & scripting);
- Ability to write code from the scratch;
- Expert Knowledge of Action Script;
- Expert knowledge of Game Development for Mobile Devices;
- iPhone Development would be an advantage;
- Minimum 5 years teaching experience at school and Minimum 7 years overall teaching experience;
- Passionate about Game industry and Teaching 6-18y.o Children.

Successful candidates will be contacted & invited to complete compulsory software & pedagogical techniques training at NOVA KIDS at Diploma Level. Full-time employment will be provided on training completion.

Teachers that previously completed NOVA KIDS TEACHING DIPLOMA are welcome to call us to discuss current employment opportunities. We are looking to employ two permanent full-time Multimedia Teachers, One permanent full-time Game Development Teacher and One permanent part-time Game Development Teacher.

Non Teaching Positions

Multimedia Content Administrator
- CURRENT 1st Aid Certificate;
- CURRENT Catholic Police Clearance Certificate;
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe CS4-5;
- Knowledge & Experience in Action Script;
- Good Knowledge in 3D Modelling & Animation at advanced level (3D MAX, MAYA);
- Good understanding of Adobe Premier Pro software;
- Experience in Multimedia & Graphics.
